We are stoked to announce $150.00 flat rate bicycle shipping to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Bicycle shipments to Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI are eligible for $200.00 flat rate bicycle shipping.

Unfortunately due to the cost of shipping to the Territories at this time we aren't able to offer flat rate shipping. Please feel free to email us if you are interested and we can create a personalized shipping rate for you.

Due to the dimensions and weight of E-Bikes shipping rates will be determined on the day of purchase or as close to as possible. Factors such as destination, shipping method, and any additional services will contribute to the final cost.

When receiving a shipment from Bike and Brew please remember the following:

Inspect Before Signing

Visible Damage:

As the consignee, it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing. If any damage is found, make sure to note it on all copies of the proof of delivery or on the driver’s handheld device (if applicable). Additionally, request an ASF (Additional Services Form) from the driver to document the damage.

By signing off, you confirm that the product is received in good condition. Please conduct your inspection quickly yet thoroughly to avoid delaying the carrier's driver.

Concealed Damage:

1. Retain all packaging material.
2. Immediately notify the shipper of any loss or damage.
3. Do not remove the product from the premises before inspection.
4. Keep a copy of the inspection report for your records.

Overweight/Oversize: Items include but are not limited to: Wheels, Wire Bead Tires, Baskets, Trainers, Racks, Fenders, Repair Stands and of course Bicycles/Bicycle Framesets. Our Rates on Overweight/Oversize items will be shown once; you add them to your cart, click "cart details" then "calculate Shipping" 

Return/Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of *date of purchase online, Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your *online date of purchase and will apply as an in-store credit on a gift card. All items must be unused/worn, returned in original packaging, in original condition with a receipt. Any parts that have been mounted even for fitting purposes are not eligible for return or exchange as they are no longer in new condition. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please use the contact us form and we will begin the refund/return process. Online refunds will be partial due to the online processing fee.

Complete Bicycles, Frames, Sale Items, Gift Cards, Installed Parts or Accessories, Apparel/Worn Clothing, Bicycle Short (hygienic reasons), or Special Order Items.

*All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, online purchase returns/refunds will be subject to the online processing fee or a 5% restocking fee*.

For all returns, the Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Bike and Brew.
